Aligned living starts here
Personalised, compassionate support for the woman ready to truly understand her PCOS - and move from frustration to feeling at home in her body again. Six weeks of 1:1 guidance, rooted in nutrition, somatics, and real understanding.
You deserve more than a prescription and a shrug. PCOS is complex, but it is not hopeless - and you don't have to navigate it alone or in the dark. This protocol meets you with understanding, compassion, and a real plan.
Deep down, you want to understand
your PCOS - and feel like yourself again.
A loud inner critic shows up like clockwork before your bleed, and you blame yourself for it.
You've been told to 'just lose weight' or handed a prescription, with no one explaining what's actually happening in your body.
Irregular or missing periods, stubborn weight, acne, or unwanted hair leave you feeling betrayed by your own body.
You're exhausted by the cycle of trying everything, feeling hopeful, then crashing back into overwhelm.
I don't teach this from a textbook - I've lived it.
For years my PCOS was chronic and relentless: missing periods, exhaustion that no amount of rest could touch, and the sinking feeling that my body was working against me. I did all the "right" things and still felt stuck, because no one was addressing the missing piece - my nervous system. When I finally stopped fighting my body and started listening to it, everything began to shift.
By regulating my nervous system, nourishing myself without punishment, and working with my cycle instead of overriding it, I reversed my condition from a chronic, all-consuming struggle into a mild, ovarian-driven form that I now understand and manage with ease. That's the heart of what I want for you: not a quick fix or a false promise, but a real, lived path back to a body you can trust again.
TYour nervous system and endocrine system are deeply intertwined. When one is dysregulated, the other follows.
The Embodied Hormone Method weaves together foundational nutrition, nervous system regulation, and somatic coaching so that your body finally feels safe enough to find its rhythm.

04. Is this PCOS support suitable alongside medical care?
Absolutely - and that's exactly how it's designed to work. This is coaching, not medical treatment, so it sits alongside the care of your doctor, gynaecologist, or specialist, never in place of it. I always encourage you to keep your medical team involved and to continue any prescribed care. My role is to support the lifestyle, nourishment, nervous system, and somatic pieces that complement your medical management - helping you feel more grounded, informed, and at home in your body while you navigate PCOS holistically.
Coaching can be a powerful support for living well with PCOS. While PCOS is a medical condition that should be diagnosed and monitored by your doctor, so much of how it feels day to day - the fatigue, irregular cycles, cravings, mood shifts, and overwhelm - is shaped by nourishment, blood sugar, stress, and nervous system regulation. As your coach, I help you understand your unique presentation of PCOS and build sustainable, root-cause habits that support your hormonal health. Many women find that with the right support, their symptoms become more manageable and their relationship with their body softens. (I share this from lived experience - I've walked my own PCOS journey, too.)
02. Can coaching help with PCOS?
No. This mentorship supports women who have been diagnosed with PCOS as well as those who strongly suspect it from their symptoms. We focus on understanding your body and supporting your cycle - while always encouraging you to work alongside your medical provider for diagnosis.

03. What lifestyle factors can support PCOS symptoms?
Several gentle, sustainable shifts can make a real difference over time. Steadying blood sugar through balanced, nourishing meals is often foundational, as is movement that supports rather than depletes you, and genuinely protected rest and sleep. Just as importantly - - and often overlooked - is nervous system regulation: chronic stress can worsen PCOS symptoms, so learning to bring your body out of survival mode is key. Rather than another rigid, punishing protocol, we build these habits in a way that feels supportive and realistic for your life, so they actually last.
