04. Can nervous system regulation support hormonal health?
Somatic hormone coaching blends hormonal health support with body-based, nervous-system-aware practices. "Somatic" simply means of the body - so instead of only tracking data and tweaking supplements, we also learn to listen to the felt signals your body is sending. By combining nutrition and cycle awareness with somatic tools like breath, grounding, and nervous system regulation, we help your body feel safe enough to find its natural rhythm. It's a gentler, whole-woman approach for those who've tried everything "right" and still feel stuck.

A hormone coach helps you understand what's really driving your symptoms - fatigue, mood swings, PMS, irregular cycles - and supports you to bring your body back into balance through nourishment, lifestyle, and daily rhythm rather than quick fixes. Rather than handing you a generic protocol, I work with you 1:1 to read your body's signals, address root causes, and build sustainable habits that support your hormonal health long term. It's education, accountability, and compassionate guidance - always alongside (never instead of) your medical care.

Because your endocrine and nervous systems are intimately linked, we create somatic safety first, so the nutritional and lifestyle shifts can actually take root.
01. How is this different from working with a regular hormone or nutrition coach?
Yes - profoundly. Your nervous system and endocrine (hormone) system are in constant conversation. When your body lives in a chronic stress or "fight-or-flight" state, it diverts resources away from reproduction, repair, and balanced hormone production. By learning to regulate your nervous system - to genuinely feel safe and settled - you create the stable foundation your hormones need to recalibrate. This is why I begin with nervous system regulation: it's often the missing piece that makes everything else finally hold.
05. Can hormone coaching help with irregular cycles?
It can be a meaningful support. Irregular cycles are often your body's way of signalling that something underneath - stress, under-nourishment, blood-sugar swings, or a dysregulated nervous system - needs attention. Through coaching, we explore those root influences and build the nourishment, rhythm, and regulation your body needs to find more consistency over time. Many women notice their cycles becoming more predictable as their bodies feel safer and better supported. That said, irregular cycles can also have medical causes, so this work complements - and never replaces - proper assessment from your healthcare provider.
