My journey toward understanding my well-being began during a difficult period marked by hormonal burnout and a deep sense of disconnection from myself. I had already explored countless nutrition plans and supplement protocols, searching for a quick fix. While these tools helped me find some relief, something still felt missing. It often felt like I was working against my own body especially with underlying stress responses disrupting my system and contributing to ongoing imbalances.

Over time, I realized that true healing doesn’t come from forcing change, but from creating a sense of safety, presence, and trust within. The turning point was integrating somatic body awareness, which became the essential piece I had been searching for. Through this, I was finally able to restore balance and build a life that feels both grounded and genuinely fulfilling.

My training includes a Spiritual Coaching Diploma in Counselling Psychology, as well as ongoing professional development in Psychotherapeutic Work with Intergenerational Trauma (20 hours CPD).

In addition, I hold a Certificate in Women’s Trauma, with training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Polyvagal-informed approaches to support and empower survivors.

I hold an Accredited Diploma in Body-Oriented Coaching (Level 1) from The Somatic School, an ICF-accredited Level 1 training provider, and I am a Qualified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am also a Certified Women’s Hormone Health Practitioner (IMH-C) through the Institute for Menstrual Health, alongside a Nutrition Health Certificate from the College of Functional Wellness.
