For years, I chased the idea of having it all together. I believed that the perfect routine, the perfect plan, and the perfect version of myself would ultimately lead to the perfect cycle. I was doing all the right things, yet I still felt off, exhausted, and disconnected from my own body. It was a frustrating and deeply discouraging place to be.

My own journey took a significant turn when I was 33 - the age my PCOS became totally unmanageable. I realised that true healing doesn't come from forcing change or adhering to rigid protocols. Instead, it comes from cultivating a deep, meaningful connection with your body's innate wisdom. Having walked this challenging path myself, I now guide women to discover their own breakthroughs and create lasting, sustainable transformation.

Living with an unmanageable hormonal disorder taught me that our bodies aren't the problem -  they are communicating with us. I understand firsthand what it feels like to constantly fight your body, dealing with burnout, unpredictable energy highs and lows, and symptoms that never seem to fully resolve no matter how hard you try.

Through my own healing and extensive professional training, I've learned that true hormonal balance isn't built through more pressure or perfection. It is created through safety, regulation, and connection within your body. This profound shift in perspective changed everything for me, and it is the foundation of how I support women today.

In my practice, I've observed that many women feel like they are constantly fighting their bodies - dealing with burnout and imbalances that leave them feeling deeply discouraged.
