As a Qualified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of The Somatic School, I hold an Accredited Diploma in Body-Oriented Coaching. My work is rooted in the understanding that our bodies hold wisdom that our minds often overlook. By moving the center of coaching from the head into the nervous system, I help clients navigate the complexities of their health with greater presence and agency.
My technical expertise is grounded in clinical evidence. I am a Certified Women’s Hormone Health Practitioner (IMH-C) through the Institute for Menstrual Health and hold a Nutrition Health Certificate from the College of Functional Wellness. This allows me to bridge the gap between functional nutrition and somatic regulation, providing a truly holistic framework for women’s wellness.
This work is deeply personal. As a woman living with PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), I know firsthand what it feels like to be at the mercy of your hormones. I understand the frustration of the "hormonal rollercoaster" and the exhaustion of trying to "fix" a body that feels like it’s working against you. My mission is to help you move away from the "perfection" of the wellness industry and toward a sustainable, embodied way of living that honors your unique biology.
